Possible Worlds: Vucijiet Beltin – Play and Costume Design with Kallu

Kallu is a theatre production written and produced by communities of Valletta with support from Kummissjoni Palk – Kumpanija Teatrali Dumnikani Beltin. To develop Vucijiet Beltin, Kallu worked with year 5 students of Kulleġġ San Ġorġ Preca Primarja Valletta to address excessive gentrification, development and changes in their urban community and to create a piece of forum theatre for critical and creative debates amongst participants.

Following the viewing of Vucijiet Beltin, we will imagine and create our own character to join the story. Using fabric, beads and recycled materials, we will design and make costumes to wear as our new characters.
