Teatru Manoel is constantly seeking external assistance to help it develop its artistic objectives as well as maintain and enhance this historic building. Individuals, companies or organisations can help by sponsoring various elements such as a season/month/week of productions, different genres of performances (e.g. drama projects or weekday recitals) or individual shows as well as separate infrastructural projects. 

In return, the Theatre can offer a range of benefits from appearing on marketing material, opportunities to entertain clients and employees and complimentary tickets.

Join The Friends of the Manoel and support Malta’s national theatre while gaining discounts to Teatru Manoel and Malta Philharmonic Orchestra productions and privileged access to backstage tours and artists’ talks.

The Friends of the Manoel bring together hundreds of theatre, music and dance lovers, both individuals and corporate entities, who wish to support Teatru Manoel and be closely associated with its activities.

For over 35 years, the Friends of the Manoel have contributed towards the artistic vitality and preservation of Teatru Manoel. With the funds it collects each year, the association supports conservation initiatives and educational programmes, with increased focus on introducing the performing arts to young audiences within the context of Malta’s splendid national theatre.
